APRE – Agenzia per la Promozione della Ricerca Europea per la Promozione della Ricerca Europea represented MarLEN at the technical workshop co-organised by WaterborneTP and the Sustainable Blue Economy Partnership and Mission Oceans, hosted by Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche last April in Rome.
The workshop was designed as an open discussion to stimulate debate on a new vision for a more resilient blue economy, and explore synergies amongst ports, fisheries and waterborne transport in order to accelerate a just, inclusive and sustainable transition.
By joining the workshop, MarLEN:
- Spread knowledge about MarLEN’s upcoming activities;
- Learned the sectors’ needs to achieve a sustainable and green transition;
- Networked with experts and key actors in the sector;
- Explored joint areas for collaboration with inspiring initiatives and projects, paving the way for future synergies.
